Brain-based Coaching
This methodology leverages neuroscience to create an evidence based coaching model. Brain-based coaching uses what we know about the brain to move the client more quickly and consistently toward the results they want to achieve.
For example, we know that no two brains are alike. Therefore, the coach doesn’t tell you how to achieve the goal. The coach asks questions to help you determine the best way for you to accomplish the goal. In addition, we know that the more we focus on a problem, the more we embed that connection in the brain. Therefore, the best way to overcome a problem or obstacle is to focus on the end result we want rather than the problem itself. The coach trained in brain-based methodologies asks the appropriate questions to move the client to insight and visioning rather than continuing to focus on the problem itself. These are a few examples of how brain-based coaching helps the client move more quickly and consistently toward their desired outcomes.
This is a very high level explanation of what we mean by brain-based coaching and a small sample of some of the benefits. For more information on the system and the training, go to the Result Coaching Systems website. I am also available to speak more in-depth regarding the methodology and benefits.
